Do not buy from this company if accurate branding colors matter to you.
I placed an order of nearly $3,000 and provided the specific color required for my client's branding. During production, I questioned the color because their photos appeared inconsistent. I was assured they were producing the order according to my color specifications.
The finished patches arrived bright red instead of the burgundy/maroon specified, making the entire order unusable. The company has acknowledged that the patches were not produced to my specifications, yet they still refused to remake the order or provide a refund.
I raised the color issue before the order shipped and relied on their assurance that my specifications were being followed. I am now left with nearly $3,000 of unusable merchandise. I would not trust this supplier for any order where accurate colors or brand standards matter.
